Alyse entered the fitness industry in 2015 as a group fitness instructor. She has since certified in Personal Training and specialized in Parkinson’s PWRMoves, Functional Aging, and Balance and Fall Prevention. Alyse trains people of all ages and abilities, from youth to older adults.

Personal Training with Emily Riley-Saxton
Emily has been competing as an age-group triathlete for about 3 years now but has always had a deep love of fitness and exercise. Emily’s passion is working one-on-one with older adults to improve balance, mobility, and range of motion. Although Emily’s fit now, she can relate to those individuals that may have put their fitness goals on a backburner. Back in 2015, she was 100lbs heavier and still exercising, but getting injured frequently. She has learned through triathlon training and fitness educa0on that anything is possible!
