Alyse entered the fitness industry in 2015 as a group fitness instructor. She has since certified in Personal Training and specialized in Parkinson’s PWRMoves, Functional Aging, and Balance and Fall Prevention. Alyse trains people of all ages and abilities, from youth to older adults.
