Les Mills BodyPump
THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.The effectiveness of BODYPUMP comes from The Rep Effect, a proven formula that exhausts muscles using light weights, while performing high repetitions – this is the secret to developing lean, athletic muscle.

Paige will guide you step-by-step beginning with the Fundamentals of Pilates and take you to the Mat to build upon each exercise modification.

Body & Mind Yoga Flow
This class focuses on the foundational elements of postures, breath, and alignment. Designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Appropriate for beginners and accomplished yogis.

Dance Cardio The Mixx
This is a dance-based cardio class that targets fat loss and lean muscle toning in the upper body, lower body and core. This is a high energy, rhythmic workout that offers a fun, party-like atmosphere while grooving to pop hits and latin mixes.

Active Adult 60+ Cardio
Is a fun low impact aerobics class. Move to the music through a variety of exercises to improve strength and range of motion. The first half of the class is cardio based with simple floor patterns while the second half of the class focuses on strength, flexibilty and balance.

Indoor cycling, pushing the pedals to the beat of the music with an infectious instructor energy style that will push your cardio to top. The second half of the class will follow a High Intensity Interval Training method to build stamina and strength.
