Class Descriptions:
BodyPump – A barbell-based strength class focusing on endurance, using light weights and high repetitions.
60+ Conditioning – A class for older adults, which incorporates cardio, strength, and flexibility for health and longevity.
HIIT & Spin – A class that fuses HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and stationary cycling drills for heart-racing intensity in and out of the saddle.
Aqua Fit – A low-impact water-based class incorporating cardio, strength, and flexibility.
Pilates – A mat-based class that focuses on strength, stability, posture, and proper breathing techniques.
Barre – A ballet-inspired fusion class incorporating yoga, pilates, and classic endurance strength.
Yoga – A classic mind/body class focusing on breathwork, posture, and stability.
Yoga Flow – A more vigorous version of classic yoga, which links movement with breath.
