The certificate is valid in the amount purchased towards Golf Green Fees, Golf Merchandise, Food and Beverage, or 49er Fitness Group Fitness Punch Cards.

Certificate expires 12 months from purchase date.  Expiration Date cannot be extended.  Certificate has no cash value.

The Certificate can be emailed, or picked up in the Golf Shop at no charge.
